Phumraphee Sae-tang (ภูมิรพี แซ่ตั้ง), also known as Chen, Sheng-Tai (陳勝泰), is a Thai national of Chinese ancestry. Born and raised in Thailand, Phumraphee developed a profound interest in Chinese culture and language from a young age. This passion led him to pursue an academic journey in the field of East Asian Studies. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Chinese from Ramkhamhaeng University, where he honed his language skills and studied a range of cultural, sociological, and anthropological aspects related to Chinese society.

Phumraphee recently graduated with a Master of Social Science in East Asian Studies from National Taiwan Normal University, solidifying his expertise in the field. His academic research has focused on cultural studies, translation, international relations, and area studies, with a particular emphasis on exploring the interactions between Thai and Chinese cultures.

In the professional realm, Phumraphee serves as the Managing Director at Chang Sae-tang Descendants Co., Ltd, overseeing the promotion and distribution of various art pieces and publications. Additionally, he is the founder of Phumraphee LLC, a company specializing in Chinese-Thai translation and language instruction. Leveraging his extensive language skills and cultural knowledge, Phumraphee excels in bridging linguistic and cultural gaps to facilitate effective communication and understanding.

Phumraphee's diverse skill set is underscored by several language certifications, including advanced-level certifications in English and Chinese.
